ROUGH DAMM DAY

I'm asking this because there are alot of artists and labels out there with great talent...but some dont grind to get it heard. for those who do grind to get their songs heard, and to be seen though..why do the people in power ignore it....even when there is a following? if the image is right,the sound is right, their talented, and experienced what else do you want? does it always take a check to make them listen... or is everyone in power afraid to deliver the new best thing an oppurtunity?

So I’m gonna take the time to bring yall up to speed on the Above All vocabulary. I’ll be adding to this daily as I think of all the different off the wall shit we say. And I’m sure everybody else will be adding on the shit I forget or don’t get to.

1. Green u down – when a female (or male for the ladies) is eying u down, or wanting to get at u noticeably.

"I'm very pleased with how the entire event turned out," said Victor Wong. "We had some incredible producers travel from all over the country to participate in this event. New York, L.A., Washington, you name it, they came down for a chance to win my NeKo LUX. These musicians' material was completely professional, and just as good as anything you hear on the top ten charts today."

Open Labs CEO, Hank Coleman, concurred. "We put a lot of time and energy into the Beats 'N Treats Festival, and it was by all means worth it," said Coleman. "Most music festivals have a hard time getting off the ground on their first year, but this one exceeded our expectations."

Y2JJ was in awe about winning the NeKo LUX. "I'm kind of speechless," said Y2JJ. "It's a blessing, It was almost like destiny to get this. After the first round I was confident, but after hearing the other contestants I went back to the drawing board that night, and it turned out for the best. I mainly focused on hip-hop, a lot of guitar, and made sure my bridges were all guitar leads mixed with symphonies. After the contest ended, Victor Wong decided to donate a Timbaland Special Edition MiKo to the second place contestant Russell Lee, for displaying a fierce competition, and providing professional music.

i been up since 7am editing and uploading videos! i have the show with us at tum tum concert from oct. 4th on youtube already, and already processing to youtube are 2 more videos from us! one of them has 3 exclusives songs that will be on the album! yes, these are actual performance videos...LIKE THE BEST OF BOTH WORLDS LOL. then after that's uploaded, the photo shoot my multimedia team did with 2009 sea nominee will hustle will be up after that. so about 4 videos alone today! that's beast mode and i'm glad i could just focus on doing that. we have a show tomorrow too and another commercial to do. i been busy, like i said throughout it all i'm grateful for every oppurtunity. hatas dont like what im doing...that's cuz im doing more then them! rare monday morning

Well school was out today of course...i got to sleep late this morning finally looooooook haha. went to my daughters conference the teachers held today for their students. happy as hell that her teacher said she is doing damm well, and even scored high on a test they weren't even studying for =) just sent out paperwork to uncleruck, if ya'll dont know who he is....that's the producer behind majority of gutta's new records. he signing to my production team...and no it's not called above all anything lol. it's 1719 productions. i did 2 tracks on impac album and some on my upcoming one and lots for gutta and aae. with ruck...wow shyt bout to be crazy. just gotta apply the same work ethic as always and see if the results are what we expect. kream what up, hope your monday going ok miss. i'm trying to smile again today and be happy and blessed that i'm here. i'm honored, loving life even with all the problems and hectic ish i deal with daily...hell hard workers always do lol. oh yeah to my ungrateful ass bm...umm FUKK YOU! ok take care bye bye everyone!

A DAY TO BE PROUD

throughout it all this week, i'm happy for my two cousins. koger aka young jay from impac bout to have his baby,his baby shower was here at my moms yesterday. all the impac boys showed and my cousin from ny showed up!. so i give thanks to the wonderful blessings and i will cherish every single moment. im happy for him and hope he knows i do love him and glad to be here for him as the only father figure. stay focused cuz, you are doing damm good in college with track, and i know you will not let what happen to you and your bros & sis happen to your own. my cousin corey here from nyc to live finally! so happy for that shyt indeed! got my ny fam gettin here finally like my father always wanted. things still unclear with some of my fam and myself, but hey i'm still gonna continue to do what i do best. my companies are doing well, and with more hardwork the revenue will become substantially consistent...hopefully lol. thank you to all the above all staff and my damm kream! things get hard in life no matter who you are or how much money you have people...please remember that! that's coming from someone who has seen a million dollar check before. money aint everything, but yet we make everything about money... crazy huh? anyway, to my team, to my loved ones.. let's all smile today. i enjoy when our youth make positiver progress. it shows that although things are rough for us as adults, we can still advise very well. congrats to everyone who is doing what's right. it's checkmate hatas and i wouldn't have it any other way!

yOU KNOW what i hate most...and yeah maybe this is because it's monday.... i cant stand when a person such as myself who has kids to feed with no steady paycheck.... gets underappreicated. I'm working on this exclusive trae footage my media team got with trae,slim thug and more... out of nowhere my gmoms pops up while i'm working in the cell...and says come get ya moms and ya aunt they out there fighting and fussing.... so i go out there and hear some shyt i shouldn't have..... so i grab my nucca inex and head back to the apt...but in the middle of me driving to clear my head and shyt...my cousin from nyc calls and asks if i heard what happened? i said no...he then says, well one of our cousins just got shot in the back of the head and was murdered.... now i'm in tears driving with budden playing loud as fukk (no lie) my feeling is man...who do i have to talk to and for support...my father gone and that's who i needed last night.... i really fukkin hate september man...and my sis bday is tomorrow how awesome right? oh i forgot to add.... my bm see's me when i got back to my moms because she heard what happened... she flicks me off and says i'm full of shyt for no fukkin reason.... as you see i'm wide awake at 5am so obviously i aint get no sleep. guess what im bout to do...finish working on this trae video.....cuz if i just stop...THEN WHAT THE FUKK HAPPENS!?

I will note that i was literally driving in my truck listening to some Mi Citi & Mii potential songs...and just started thinking about some things. this is mainly because my songs are all based on my current moods. so listening to them put me in that mood ya dig! and no joe, but what up joe! loooooooooook! this is for closure, for me to move forward fully and everyone knowing my side aka the truth. Let me just start this off with the truth about noizemob/hardcore designs(miami kaos) and what happened between us and noizemob artists.I felt things got too political, with like public statement gag orders on speaking ur mind publicly .u couldn't speak how u felt otherwise their were consequences ..like no mixtape slots etc,etc.I put it like this though...if I'm already suffering the consequences fukk it! sad thing is...im no artist on noizemob or anything and hell I wasn't even pushing as one at the time..but, I was wiz's protege', I became Miami Kao's protégé (hatas called it d riding I guess lol) and from that I endured all of their hatas or doubters; whatever right?... I Started speaking my mind throughout these forums as I posted covers,news ANYTHING REGARDING THEM OR our AFFILIATES (and ask them they will tell u they wrote me damn near everyday saying yo can u post this?). From there I started applying that negative shyt folks from rapmullet to boxden was saying about myself,them or my artists (who were never online or anywhere while I was doing this at first) and spoke about it in songs. I made this song called "new world order" a sneak cheap shot at st.laz that went over most heads...except DJ rokz and like a whole lot of kids I played halo 3 with lol(I'm dead ass serious, they love that record!) the song had a big positive msg in it too then kream mgmt emerged...that was the first time ever anyone actually gave a damn about anything I was doing. She came along and made me feel like the star I was but didn't know yet (laugh to urself hatas I know u r.. ) then came a song called I'm so serious....now this is where I feel everything in my situation with noizemob fukked up...wiz hoffa hit me up telling me how he like a lot of things about the song and quoted some lines from the song...then went as far as to biggin me up at the place that means most to him "rapmullet.com" and personally made a thread about how hot the song was and quoted a few lines even ones in the hook where I say " if u really getting paper where ya plastic bruh?" that's meaning that puffy got money right..so if these dudes who pop shyt claiming they got gwop where the fukk ya debit or credit cards at..diddy got millions I don't think all that is at his house dig me ;) but anyway, that thread wiz posted brought all kinds of folks in it. Even big chew (rapmullet owner) came in there saying "yeah check is def getting better, he is not on gutta's level lyrically..but you can tell he strives for perfection" then a song I didn't even really like that I tested...chew enjoyed and put on his infamous ipod player on rapmullet! Thanks again for that. Back to im so serious though, wiz wanted on the song and asked me about his dude getting a verse and him and sayin they had some done... He asked me how I felt about his dude, I said he I felt he needed work (because I heard him stumble against flu and gutta on a conf. Call) then that was deaded I guess and I continued recording songs. Started actually gracing mixtapes but gutta wasn't on many in his situation... So I was like aight im gone start my own series " another cheap shot at st. Laz for fukkin wit me so much lol" and named it fetti kings. That shyt graced the streets in nyc and everywhere (with guidance from rokz) and kaos showed love to me on the covers..cuz supposedly he appreciated me for helping him buzz more "which I damm sure did" but also as a friend..shyt I talked to wiz and kaos more then moms and my girl at one point lol "NO HOMO" sorry budden I had to say that haha. So with fetti kings I got my artists heard..but they hav no visibility like me so of course their progress isn't gonna be as huge as mine. That's not my fault at all people. With kream I got to do my usual massive promo for my artists..but applying that same promo for them for myself I blew past damm near everyone. Wasn't my intentions, but god has his own plans for us. My artists stepped up their effort though and I thank them for that and now they see better results for them on the label....still waiting on gutta to resign though cuz I agreed to his negotiations. Throughout all that I wasn't talkin much to wiz...but kaos was still the first person I talked to on aim..so we still talked on the regular. Random convo's of hatas,and new work and he told me alot how I was the ceo to beat...but now he calls me a cornball and faggit for no reason. Ladies and gentlemen that's where im confused....ok, well maybe the song I did called let me go in was the cause?nope, cuz he said the song was good and felt it was an mis understanding..and he was gonna call talk to wiz..."who was so pissed about my song publicly he called dj's he knew and his that supported me and made them stop" my song let me go in was recorded for the following reasonS: Wiz joined forces with his ex enemy geo...from there he hit alotttt of mixtapes with geo. So now this is where I feel I came back in... Soon as talks came up to why wiz is in a rap group my name always got mentioned saying "well check raps and he' a ceo..why yall not talkin bout him" but the difference was I was still pushing my artists just as much as me...some...well fukkt aht political shyt right now..WIZ was not. At this time also... wiz got into it with his dj's over playing noizemob artists (cuz seriously it was barely happening and wiz has more dj's then the world right? ...I mean he did beat the affiliates and others for that justo) then basically parted ways with the artists and im tellin u, it was like 3 months and folks was not hearin from wiz..but you could find him at the justo's with his ex enemy logo tees and on rapmullet sayin boss gang, and sayin if yall think boss gang weak or I suck then address it.... Then starts poppin shyt on rapmullet and says in a thread "uh oh, I think they afraid to address the bosses". (now we are still talkin about why let me go in was recorded so add this to that too..) so I head to the studio and speak my mind on my fresh serge deff track and rush back home from my studio to do what I do best with music...GET IT HEARD. And shockingly folks I never got feedback from said the record was hot etc etc...even some of wiz closets friends....what fukked it up was wiz asks publicly about a line in the song where I say " a tag team can't stop me please" that's meaning him teaming up with his ex enemy isn't gonna stop me from doing what I do best remember?.. Somehow my song gets turned into a diss song now the impact of the song just tripled!...shyt it's a good song, I like it lol. Folks who said they loved it said they didn't consider it no damm diss record even kaos.. Well now everyone went back and listend harder at the song and heard more lines I said (lol) like " big gap between me and u because ur laz teeth" & "this dude says he's hot I hear eddie cane/ join danity kane, showstop for fame/" and then things got woke up publicly and folks started realizing like...ya know what, we aint getting heard or on any mixtapes since we been here...with noizemob (with no paperwork) or getting the oppurtunity to be heard by the so called connects wiz claimed he had...so I ended up talking to damm near every artist and told them bout how me and neight was responible for damm near every decent move or decision he did during that time before the group thing... AND NEVER GAVE US CREDIT FOR IT.they was shocked at a lot of things and said thanks for letting them know and they didn't know. So my boys trp & neight come in now...

Neight I learned was more like me, but I had the online politics 101 and he didn't...but he spoke his fukkin mind on them conference calls and acted just like me..which was REAL, and dammit he's gonna tell ya the real everytime too. He's trp's manager by the way. So our business and friendship situation grew into a serious ass affiliation and them along with gutta are on my current song called "conan" (currently receiving bds at a few radio stations..thanks snoop!) which basically ended all the slick talk about me....and wiz's full diss record at me which was 3 months late after let me go in...and might I add failed miserably and was hyped up by his people he called up personally to post this is hot publicly lmao. My song let me go in had 287 downloads in 9 days on my box.net accont and u can't alter them people....his diss record had 67 downloads on zshare in 6 days and u can refresh ur page and make the count go up on there...bong! So that ceased everything with me kaos and wiz. Kaos stopped doing covers for me so I started my own situation with dynamic designs for graphics...he followed me around in threads mad posting matrix videos sayin I was trying to be him....this is where everyones lost and asks him " so how else is he suppose to get covers done, is it u or nobody else can do them?" but he never answers lol. Oh and I started above all dj's. that move was made because I wanted to get better texas artists heard,mine and myself... BEHOLD IT's WORKing! We pushed jokaman..he's nominated for an sea, hella yella is nominated, dj ames is..uh oh im not! Lol. with the encouragement of dj ames I did that and tzar made the logo...he's a dj on there also from canada. Dj ames is a noizemob dj as well I might add, what up ames! Anyway before I get off topic again. Kaos was mad and started calling me all kinds of names and saying I was a fraud. How am I the fraud if one day he was saying check u the best then the next it's check ur a faggot and a loser?? Ok i'll end there before he goes and do covers for another dj, so that dj will stop asking my artist for features and talkin to me period...that's another story.

Now people we have clinton davis jr known as checkmate now. This guy the hatas all call corny,fraud, etc...but luckily is signed to amalgam digital, partners with kream mangement, negotiating deals with box.net and many more, and has his own website which was influenced by people hatin on him out of envy & jealousy (notice my logo has those two words on it before I even learned how to rap?...that's crazy I could tell the future lol). After being blackballed and cutoff from all I knew at the time (noizemob/kream mgmt/hardcore/), im still standing.now without anyones help but kream mgmt,my dj's, my supporters and them two men above we have been blessed with great oppurtunities. regardless I enjoyed the experience yet again. Im very grateful for the blessings god has provided me with, and the passion & dedication my father passed on to me. I said im gonna carry out my fathers dream and dammit im here grinding and working hard wit minimal sleep and food! with or without my people's help or support ( I see they faces and body labguage) I will continue that till im back with my father talking bout our mistakes and smiling together again! Hopefully certain people will realize that man im here...I don't hate anyone don't wish harm on no man or woman.I support those I feel are hard workers and deserving of any help or time I can provide.
